It was decent value for money among other available hotels in Edinburgh. Splendid view, sumptuous breakfast and excellent pools. I got free upgrade and loved it. Particularly good restaurants. Thanks to a superb service I had a VERY ENJOYABLE stay.

Its stuff and location where a plus that's why I enjoyed the place. Politeness of hotel staff. Bakery, eggs and bacon were better than expected. I had quiet 1-night stay here!

The whole experience was restful. Perfect view, a wide balcony, lovely bed, too. The staff was so phenomenal and provided top-notch service. Absolutely great hotel centrally located in the city. Moreover, I could explore co op food as it was close to the place.

The staff was so very helpful, the room seemed to be suitable, efficient service. A good choice of meals for breakfast, including cereals, scrambled eggs and bakery. A bar in the lobby, convenient. There were consistent internet and easy parking available.

The first 4 star hotel where everything was amazing and tidy. Staff were nice and nice made my stay such wonderful! Courteous service and great value.
